DIRUPO
EXTRA DRY
Valdobbiadene DOCG
Terroir
Dirupo Extra Dry is a Valdobbiadene DOCG made from grapes grown on a selection of Andreola’s steepest vineyards, on plots with an affinity for viticulture, being well exposed and differentiated by their contours, layers of soil and mineral content.
These are historic soils, representing the territory and the heroic nature of winegrowing that models the contours and embroiders the steeply sloping hillsides, ensuring the quality of a literally ‘hand-made’ wine.
Tasting notes
The colour is a luscious bright pale straw yellow, the continuous perlage is subtle and copious, with a creamy froth. Wisteria, pears, apples, white peaches and limes explode on the nose. Full, rich and persistent in the mouth. This is a traditional sparkling wine that identifies the territory. Excellent as an aperitif, delicious throughout a meal, including dessert. Suggested serving temperature 6-8 °C.
